Park Langley / Beckenham

George Proctor, founder of the company, was my grandfather and it makes me very proud to be a third generation partner in the business. One of my strongest motivations is to maintain the high standards set by my father and grandfather.

I have worked for Proctors at Beckenham High Street and the Park Langley office for over 20 years. I enjoy the daily tasks the job brings, never having the same day twice.

I’ve been in the property development business for more than 20 years and have estate agency experience including property sales, project management, site finding and appraisal. This gives me great knowledge for the sale of new homes as well as the valuation of development sites and understanding the legal acquisition process.

I have been at Proctors for over 10 years. Before this role I worked for a local building contractor, so having seen the process of property construction, it is interesting to be so closely involved with the sales process.

I have worked as an estate agent for most of the last decade and was excited to join the Park Langley team. I have great enthusiasm for both property and people, so I really enjoy my role helping buyers to find their perfect home.
